We are committed to delivering support to families in line with the Right Help, Right Time framework and utilise the Pathfinder Approach to provide early help support to our families.
Pathfinder are is an early help programme that works with families enduring a range of socio-economic challenges, with particular support for women. At St Brigid's, we have Emily Loydon and Sarah Weston as our school based Pathfinder workers, who support parents through signposting and workshops. They work in tandem with our Designated Safeguarding Leads to assist families in our community.
