Artefacts from The British Museum – this is an amazing resource that most year groups can use. Year 4 – You can find Guy Fawkes’ lantern he is said to have been carrying when he was arrested in the cellars of the Houses of Parliament on the night of the Gunpowder Plot! You will also find a host of Egyptian, Viking, Greek and Iron age artefacts with teaching ideas.
