If you have a complaint parents are asked to follow the following procedures:
Meet with your child's class teacher
Meet with the Phase Leader
Meet with the DHT
Meet with the HT
We hope that one of the above will result in your complaint being resolved.
If you are still unhappy you are advised to follow our complaints procedure and put the issue in writing for the attention of the Headteacher. If your complaint is about the Headteacher , it should be brought to the attention of Mrs Jane Hodgkinson, Acting Chair of Governors.
